Shipping and delivery
We ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email/SMS when your parcel is on its way.
If you do not receive your parcel as expected, please let us now as soon as possible then we can begin an investigation with the carrier.
We will be more than happy to send your parcel abroad. Please contact us at email@example.com.
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies can vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Any international shipping delays are out of our hands, and we cannot be held responsible for these.
Monitoring parcel tracking is the responsibility of the recipient – we are not responsible for parcels that are returned due to non payment of customs fees or attempted deliveries. If you are having trouble with the delivery of your parcel, please contact us and we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Any parcels that require re-delivery are at the expense of the recipient.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard and MobilePay. Please note that there will be charged a card fee, the exact fee will be informed by the choice of payment card before checkout.
The total amount will not be drawn from your credit card until the goods leaves our stock.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days after receipt of order, however, please notify us before returning the items on: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The items must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject a return if the items have remarkable signs of use.
As soon as we have received and accepted the returned items, the refund will be paid out. Please note the refund will be credited to the credit card originally used for purchase of the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us.
The return is at customer’s own risk and own expense, and therefore we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
The items are your responsibility until they reach our address. Please make sure the returned items are packed safely to prevent any damage to the products.
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different style please do so by placing a new order on our webshop.
